Provide a prebuilt binary

Since this is so difficult to build, why don't you build it for us, e.g. give us a single .iso file of everything that we can write to a USB stick with [balenaEtcher](https://etcher.balena.io) and attach that .iso to [the release](https://github.com/gpdm/tinycore-targetdisplaymode/releases/latest).
