Change naming workflow in geometry-making task

The current workflow, Create a geometry --> Click Next --> Pop-up "Name this location" --> Save, has shown to be odd for user experience and the lack of customizability of the "Name this location" dialogue leads to weird naming, causing the results in Ground platform to have impractical names. Here a real world example (this is very common):

Ideally, there would be either the possibility to add instructions to "Name this location" (maybe just make it the next card right after the geolocation) or it would be dropped in favour of some other sorting mechanism in Ground platform.
