Installation fails on Windows

orbax-checkpoint is depended upon by the orbax-export dependency. This recently added uvloop as a dependency, which is Unix only and thus breaks Windows support for Flax.

Workaround is to explicitly pin orbax-checkpoint<=0.11.32 before installing Flax.

You could just apply the pin directly in flax as a workaround until it is fixed upstream

Adding this pin in flax and to make it effective, we need to make a release. Flax most probably wont make a release just to fix this problem especially as it is not a flax bug. I hope that orbax will fix it on their side quicker than the new release of flax will be made.
