Bad behavior in split window

When working with a split window layout the following gives bad behavior:

1. Open split
2. Scroll content down in new split with mousewheel. (Do not click cursor should be still in the old split)
3. Click on an empty area somewhere in the new split.

What happens is that the window scrolls back to the position before scrolling down with with the mouse wheel.

What should happen: No scrolling after click.
