Currently the links point to the repositories directly on github, but that doesn't show the live blocks. To get the interactivity, the root of the URL must be https://blocks.githubnext.com/ rather than plain https://github.com/.
I would propose adding the blocks.githubnext.com link to the existing entries — say, it could be labeled "live preview" or something like that.
For example, the entry https://github.com/Krzysztof-Cieslak/CodeHike-block would have an additional link pointing to https://blocks.githubnext.com/Krzysztof-Cieslak/CodeHike-block.
