bug: game fails to get latest version info

Steps to reproduce

1. start hosts manager lite with redirect to ip
2. start game
3. wait on first screen
4. game says cant retrieve latest ver info

note: if i dont use redirect game starts normally with no issues

Expected behavior

get version info and go to start screen i think

Actual behavior

ADB logcat dump (-a)

i dont use local

Packet capture (.pcap)

thing i use doesnt have that

• I removed secrets/private tokens from logs and attachments.
• I can reproduce this issue consistently.

possibility: I live in russiaa but due to many bans here server ip/url got banned somehow? site works with (in browser) vpn but doesnt load without it

update: site stopped working even with vpn. no error just eternal loading if without vpn, 503 if with it
