Steps to reproduce

1 Belfast Region EUW
2 Log In in Client
3 Click to Inventory
4 Try to Upgrade Weapons & Ships
5 Can't click enything and don't upgrade that weapon

Expected behavior

Upgrade the Gear in this case And this problem System Error 1
