inline - jupyter notebook?

Any workaround to get plots of pyrama in jupyter notebook?
tried %matplotlib auto
ipywidgets not anymore support pop-ups

It should work, jupyter shows plots inline.

It would be great if you could share the script for pyrama within jupyter notebook.
I tried loading the local disk pdb file
and then ran pyrama,
!pyrama 'filename.pdb'

works in a terminal
did not work within jupyter and I couldn't load any libraries to import.

As I am guessing your Jupyter is python based you need to run it as a python script. Also you need to install it properly so the Jupyter environment sees it.

I had installed pyrama using pip. All pip packages are working properly.
Infact pyrama gets running within Jupyter but it does not show the plot.
pyrama works on a my terminal pyrama 'filename.pdb'
so any fix to make it work in jupyter notebook as inline
