Dates are incorrectly converted

E.g.

```
2 DATE 6 January 1860
```
becomes
```
2 DATE 6
3 PHRASE 6 January 1860
```
which results in incorrect use of 6 as the date in (for instance) myheritage

and
```
2 DATE 31-03-1889
```
becomes
```
2 DATE 31
3 PHRASE 31-03-1889
```
