I wonder if there's a way to use annotatorjs.org or similar with Github OAuth (like prose.io does) to make it possible to annotate the transcripts and save the annotation data back to this repo.
(20 years ago I enjoyed the stet web tool that the FSF developed to help the 'software freedom licensing nerd' community improve the GPLv3 drafts, which looks like it evolved into a Django app co-ment that stopped development 9 years ago... but the ideas still have promise to me :)
Beyond the simple heatmap visualization to see what other people think was interesting/important/worth highlighting for any reason, I could see this as a way for the community to tag specific bits of videos as submissions for 'top of funnel' YouTube Shorts/TikTok/Insta Stories/etc clips intended for virality - and as a way to gather questions to provide answers to on the FAQ project.
