Remove Non-public region codes

2 region codes are listed on ec2cli help menu, but cannot be accessed:

• af-south-1
• me-south-1

These should be removed

NOTE: regions.list contains the correct region code listing for all public AWS regions

Validate via console.

Attempt to go to both regions list above. If presented with button to enable the region for both, close this with "Won't fix" designation
