Battery pool does not select all batteries

What happened?

We have a microgrid where we sent a dispatch selecting all batteries.
The receiver of said dispatch then tried to enact it by creating a pool with the category "battery" and no components.

However, the resulting pool seems to only contain and control half the batteries of that microgrid.

What did you expect instead?

The resulting pool should contain all valid batteries in the microgrid.

This seems to have been an interaction whereby the components were queried only on the start of the app.
Restarting the app fixed the issue.
I did not dig deep enough to figure out whether this behavior is caused by the SDK or the usage of it.
