On a small screen, icons work better than words for lots of things. I tried making one of the status lines be {hr}❤️ {steps}👣, but the watch didnʼt display those symbols. Iʼd similarly like ones for🔋 and/or 🪫. I donʼt think Iʼd use others but I can see wanting other options for some of the other widgets (rain for rain%, sun for solar time/sunrise/sunset, thermometer for temperature, etc.); I expect if thereʼs an emoji font available that works it would support all these and more. This might be harder than Iʼm imagining if the available fonts are loaded onto the watch separately and none of them have the emoji I want; I want to learn how to do Pebble-specific programming but I havenʼt yet.
This is probably harder, but it might be cool to have options to display weather condition or battery status or whatever as an icon instead of text.
