What to build

清除 Docs 叶子中剩余的稳定请求语义重复，并以 leaf interface 完成全量一致性验证。

• 迁移范围内不存在重复的稳定 method/path/auth 声明
• catalog completeness 与 leaf execution 测试同时通过
• ADR-0001 的导航 interface 不受影响
• openlark-docs 全 feature test、clippy 和 doc 通过

• ADR-0001 navigation interface unaffected

Key changes:

• Contracted remaining baike/baike/v1/* leaves to use full catalog semantics (.to_request())
• Standardized all catalog modules (Bitable included) to have method() + auth only in CatalogEndpoint impl (no inherent duplication)
• Trait default for supported_access_token_types to reduce repetition
• Safer unreachable! fallback
• Format fixes for CI
