add default settings option for skinning

ie a way to set "muted: true", "sharing: false" globally and only settings for individual videos in the skinning tab

@underdude this would be cool to have in the next release. perhaps instead of checkboxes just a list of input fields for config options as listed in https://flowplayer.com/docs/player/setup#player-options and https://flowplayer.com/docs/player/setup#clip-options (though there's not too much to configure here) which would be expanded to arrays with comma-delimited values

[key]: [value]
[mutedAutoplay]: [true]
[sharing]: [false]

Would be marked "for experts" of course
