please publish the latest version to npm  

I installed gulp-watch with npm. The version has depend on chokidar v2, but the repository has changed to v3. Please push gulp-watch(master branch) to npm. Thanks.  the old version of chokidar has some issues in Mac M1. you can see at  [Apple M1 support? #1048
