Summary

  • pass the active EVM chain short name into lock success and vault share cards
  • size the share-card chain badge to fit the chain label instead of hardcoding Base
  • preserve the existing card layout for current Base locks while making other chains accurate

Verification

  • corepack pnpm --filter app test
  • corepack pnpm --filter app build
  • git diff --check -- packages/app/src/app/create/page.tsx packages/app/src/app/vaults/page.tsx packages/app/src/components/ShareCard.tsx

Closing as superseded by main: the chain-aware ShareCard badge from this PR is already shipped in main at 582f983 (same touched product files, plus the later decimal-formatting follow-up). GitHub now reports this PR as CONFLICTING/DIRTY, so merging it would be redundant/noisy. The separate workflow hardening follow-up remains preserved as Projects/ripguard/handoff/patches/open-pr-20/review-workflow-ignore-scripts-9bc6198.patch and is still blocked on GitHub OAuth workflow scope.
