[Feature]: Contribution setup command

Problem statement

Summary

Contributors should find it easy to work with Seamless (all the projects) and the CLI should also help them get started with doing that.

Proposed solution

seamless contributor will automatically setup a project setup for the use case the contributor wants.

• everything, give me all the projects pre wired together
• Web SDKs, give me enough to work on or build a web SDK
• API SDKs, give me enough to work on or build an api SDK

Alternatives considered

I think it may be acceptable to just ALWAYS give contributors everything.
