Small adjustments to the struct log used in Workflow Patcher

I really appreciate tbx workflow being migrated to nox ! 🎉

In general, I think it's also an excellent idea to improve the interaction / communication with the user, e.g. by using Log messages or even struct log. 

If I had a wish, I'd still ask if we could maybe tweak the output a bit?

• timestamp resolution of 1 sec should be sufficient for human interaction
• Maybe replace "T" in timestamps by a space for better readability
• maybe remove spaces after log level for the sake of unaligned messages
• remove display of struct log attributes func/module/subsystem as on top level maybe not of max. interest from a user's perspective
• Change log level of "Load workflow template" to DEBUG.
