How do I get rid of the unending review notification?

Boys, the Etsy teams are really starting to creep me out. Every time I open the browser to Etsy, my shop shows me a notification. The notification is not for anything important: it keeps redirecting me to leave a review for a purchase that I made. The purchase went according to intention: good price, easy digital download, no complaints. I do not want to review this purchase. Observe:

1. The notification never goes away. Insisting. Insisting. Insisting.
2. The option to leave a review is mis-presented: "Do you recommend this product?" is not a complete yes or no question. As we see, my answer is "decline to leave a review". The flow presented appears to force me to leave a review that is either positive or negative, and public. I do not want to click "No" and have a negative review impact this seller. This is basic workflow design.
3. Clicking "No" and then "next" requires a star rating. Not only is the workflow design insisting upon itself and improperly designed but even the benefit of the doubt "next to ignore" workflow is unavailable by design. What an insult to buyers everywhere.

You could not pay me to use Etsy long term, and after the API / URL problems I am incredibly insulted by their management.
