Unable to edit app details

Hoping someone here can help me.. I listed an app, got it approved for commercial access, but somehow it has no description. I went into the developer portal -> Manage your apps -> ... ->
"Edit app details" is grayed out / disabled. Says "To edit commercial app details, please contact developer@etsy.com"

Sadly, I've been going back and forth with etsy support for over a week, I don't know if they're bots or just have no brains. They keep telling me to do what I've already done, won't update the description, or send me random instructions to edit store listings.

Has anyone had luck updating their app details? My listing is useless at the moment.
