Etsy API Suddenly Failing: Buyer Address, Images & Tracking Missing

❗Urgent: Sudden Etsy API Failures Affecting Users

Hi～

We've been using the Etsy APIs reliably for a long time. Recently, and without any code or config changes on our side, we started seeing the following issues:

• /v3/application/shops/{shop_id}/receipts no longer returns buyer address

• /v3/application/listings/{listing_id} no longer includes image thumbnails

• /receipts/{receipt_id}/tracking endpoint fails to upload tracking info

These problems are affecting many users who rely on our platform for shipping and order processing.

We have already emailed Etsy support but haven’t received a resolution yet.

Could someone advise:

Are these known issues or recent changes?

What’s the best and fastest way to reach Etsy API support directly?

Etsy has decided that they will only provide delivery addresses via the API with certain providers, as well as storing tracking information. Etsy doesn't care what their sellers think about this – one of the reasons why more and more sellers want to leave Etsy.

So if I'm following this in April of 2026... does that mea even though my personal tool had the allowance for the scope transactions_r, this is now blocked?
