Refactor benchmark test for Osaka support

Benchmark Test Status Update

After introducing the benchmark test wrapper, most benchmark tests now support EIP-7825, though a few still require attention.

I'll start with test_xcall and test_extcode_ops which seems to be the hardest ones given previous failed attempts. (I'll edit the top post whenever I've permissions)

Am I correct that this issue attempts to convert all tests which use the BlockchainTestFiller in tests/benchmark to use BenchmarkTestFiller?

If this is the case, we should likely also do this for the bloatnet scenarios (?)

@LouisTsai-Csie, can you assign me test_ext_account_query_cold too? Ended up touching this other one while working on test_xcall to try some idea, so have some progress there too.

@jochem-brouwer Yes, this issue tracker aims to migrate the test for Osaka compatibility, and use BenchmarkTestFiller instead. Thanks for the feedback, update the issue accordingly!
