RePurpose current setup panel.

Current setup panel is 99% redundant, as all the AI use the same setup at the same track. so my thinking is to update it to show the player(s) setups and the AI used setup based on track, formula, and year of game they are playing.

F1 setups for 2024 have been added. A couple of the F2 2023 setups have been added. I still need to update the panel's logic so that it doesn't create records for each AI driver.
