Test MaxMotion Velocity on shooter-- we want to see very fast recovery on shots

We need to feed balls FAST and make sure the shooter receovers.
Initial test should not have a current limit.
We should definitely make sure to include both shooter motors

idea: some teams add feed forward gain to the shooter when the fire button is pressed, and then remove it when the button is released. this makes physical sense-- you know you need more juice to fire a string of balls than you do at rest. this can be done with two slots

we shoudl also have two gain sets, one while shooting, one not. the idea is that we need higher ff gain when we'r estreaming balls.
