This project is desperately needed by the world. How can I help bring it back from the dead?

Maybe, recode all of it from scratch? (The code is far too ugly)

I made this in high school well learning php, looking back at it, its awful. maybe one day il clean up the code.

I plan on updating this to be compatible with php 7 once school starts back up again in the fall.
