Add a Named Pipe and MailSlots classes on socket module as a Facade Pattern

Create namedpipe_socket class as a facade to socket, it initially will not 
implement any security support (from windows), is intented to work like unix 
domain socket for windows when using namedpipe

Create mailslot_socket as the same facade pattern to the socket.
