I barely know what a command line is so maybe I should just give up! I've installed elementary OS 8.1 on an HP Laptop Model 15-db0031nr. I connected via hotspot to my phone during the install as my local internet service was down due to a storm. After getting back online, I've been unable to get OS 8.1 to connect to my wi-fi. It sees the service but after putting in my network password it throws up a dialog bow with "Authentication required by Wi-Fi network". I click on connect and after a few seconds I get the same message. I'd appreciate any tips on how to resolve this! Thanks |

Oops! I fixed the problem. I was consistently misspelling my password. |
