What Happened?
User list reports user as "logged in" when tty session exists (e.g. you logged into user in tty, without graphical interface)
Steps to Reproduce
- Open tty1 (Ctrl + Alt + F1)
- Log into some test user
- The user is now "logged in"
Expected Behavior
Match Greeter behaviour and show "Logged out"

amd64 (on most hardwares)

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)
