Webpage links to GH for downloads, no downloads found

I understand if you don't have the time to update the links but please at least upload README.md to your repo with instructions on how to compile this.

@marmilicious well.. I can just clone it* using git but I'm just saying there are no files on given adress and 80% of the links on his webpage are dead.

*but I still don't know why is there a .cpp file and all the other non-sense
