[Bounty: 0.05 XMR - 0.25 XMR] Performance improvements inside UI

I will award bounties anywhere from 0.05 XMR to 0.25 XMR depending on the severity for pull requests that improve the performance of the React code and/or Typescript code.

Common things might be things like excessive unnecessary re-renderings or unintended side effects that are executed on every render.

Criteria:

• Read and comply with AI policy. Notably all communication must be exlusively human written.
• Do not optimize into the wild. First profile, then check in here with us whether it's a good idea. Then you can open a PR.

We will ban people who spam us with purely AI generated PRs. If we wanted AI PRs, we could generate those ourselves. Opening AI PRs does not add any value.

Opened a focused UI performance PR for this bounty: https://github.com/eigenwallet/core/pull/993\n\nIt removes selector-level allocation in the conversations unread-message path so unrelated Redux updates do not force re-renders. If this is accepted for a bounty award, I can provide the payout address.
