Summary: Plan and implement post-validation publishing, DOI archiving, WIDOCO documentation, GitHub Pages, LOV submission, and OLS indexing.

Local Conductor files remain the source of truth for detailed plan/spec/evidence. This issue exists so the GitHub Projects layer can reflect the complete track inventory and synchronize with the RI-HERO umbrella board.

2026-07-07 cross-registry supplement update:

• Merged PR Apply cross-registry metadata supplements #72 as a4438f8, applying lessons from OLS and Bioregistry feedback across open registry submissions and local handoff docs.
• Posted supplemental comments:
  • LOV: Add-UOGTO-vocabulary pyvandenbussche/lov#83 (comment)
  • OLS: Add-UOGTO-ontology EBISPOT/ols4#1305 (comment)
  • Ontobee: Request UOGTO ontology indexing OntoZoo/ontobee#212 (comment)
• Local registry docs, publication-follow-up-triage.*, extended-registry-handoff, tests, Conductor status, runlog, and active plan now record the shared namespace policy, approved sole-author/contact ORCID, and health-relevance note.
• This issue remains open/In Progress because residual work is external: LOV maintainer review, OLS public index visibility, Ontobee maintainer review, Bioregistry maintainer disposition, and FAIRsharing curator follow-up.

Validation before merge: focused registry pytest (23 passed), make extended-registry-packet, make publishing-metadata, make registry-links, make validate, make test (255 passed, 52 warnings), touched-file Ruff, git diff --check, plus remote validate and Required Gate checks.
