Configuration file

Things to consider: should the repository store the config file, or configuration define repository?

Some configurables for Earth Reader:

• host to listen
• port to listen
• repository (location) (maybe?)
• session id (really?)
• debug
• profile (really?)

Et cetera.

The configuration should be isolated from the repository, and it only contains the session id and the repository location. The files in the repository are synchronized across multiple devices. Synchronizing the session id and the repository location is not what we intended.

The fields listed above seem fine to be saved in the configuration for me, if the config is isolated from the repository.
