Support Aetherlink Integration and Refactor EVM Event Handling

Expected Behavior

The system should integrate the Aetherlink oracle service to enhance the speed and security of cross-chain data verification. At the same time, it should refactor the existing EVM contract event handling logic to improve stability and scalability.

Specifications

As a user, I want the system to leverage Aetherlink to accelerate the cross-chain transaction verification process, while continuing to reliably listen to and process EVM events from the ebridge contracts. This will help improve the overall cross-chain experience and system reliability.

Features:

• Integrate with Aetherlink’s oracle service.
• Refactor the existing EVM event handling mechanism for better modularity and maintainability.
• Separate event subscription and processing logic to enable future extensibility.

• Design and implement the integration logic for Aetherlink, exposing a clean interface.
