[triggeffclass.py] Include new variables descriptions in BINNING and TITLE dicts

Include the new variables included in the RPVMCInfoTree (track and RoI related) in the DEFAULTBINNING andn DEFAULTXTITLE dicts to avoid the KeyErrors
