Turn the "Feature A" block into a block on the digitisation workflow.

The linked pages should contain:

• workflow overview
• IIIF workflow (UB, image upload)
• IIIF manifest generation (UB and external)

• Transkribus export and document conversion
• oXygen setup (framework installation, data source configuration)

It would be good to get the bulk of this done by mid January.

Later we may add other blocks (Feature B, etc) for:

• the edition (data model, usage)
• software components (processing, frontend, search index)
• Open Research Data / FAIR aspects
