Compile broken on ubuntu 25.10

Looks like the compile is broken on ubuntu 25.10

This is run with rust toolchain stable version 1.85.1.
rustc --version
rustc 1.85.1 (4eb161250 2025-03-15) (built from a source tarball)

Also it looks like a lot of dependencies needs at least rust 1.86...
What is the minimum required toochain to build this as it also fails if you are using python 3.13.x?

That looks a bit weird, the current Cargo.toml references:

candle-core = { git = "https://github.com/huggingface/candle", rev="5bd5618" }

Which is newer than 0.10.1 and thereby als newer than 0.9.2-alpha. Which version of witchcraft are you on?

Workaround might to use rustup instead of Ubuntu to manage your rust toolchain

Sorry for the late reply. I updated the ubuntu dist to the new and it compiles. So you can close this one.
