Below is a design suggestion for your app.
It's not finished and all the graphics are rough placeholders, but it generally tries to simplify the user experience and hide away some things that should stay in the developer's realm. It also takes into account a future upgrade which would allow multiple bevel profiles (or other properties) on the same object, without adding extra clutter to the interface.
