Issue with matching tag highlighting and outlining in Razor files (.cshtml).

Razor file editing seems to have an issue with matching tag highlighting and outlining.

Outlining seems to be present when I first open the project, but crashes when I attempt to collapse a block of code. After that, the Chevrons do not appear in the margin. The issue seems to be limited to Razor (.cshtml) files. C# (.cs) files handle outlining fine.

Running 18.5.2 (latest as of now). I upgraded to this version to try to fix the issue, so it's definitely in a previous version (18.4.2 I think).

Thanks for reporting this @rvanaken, I was able to repro it though its pretty inconsistent for me. This appears to be a bug in the main VS editor though, as it controls the UI of collapsing regions etc. If its possible for you to log this as a VS feedback item, through Help -> Send Feedback -> Report a Problem, that would very much help grease the wheels of getting a fix out. Ideally if you can catch it with a recording through the feedback tool, that would be perfect. I tried and unfortunately was unable to repro it with the recording happening.
