Description

The documentation for IProcessHostPreloadClient was changed in 2023 to state this only works for IIS 7 and Windows 7. This is incorrect, it works on all versions of IIS and Windows. We began using it at my employer with Windows Server 2012, and we currently use it on IIS 10 and Windows Server 2022.

We advised our Microsoft DSEs of this error but it still has not been corrected.

(I can't find it, but there is or was an open Issue requesting support for this in ASP.NET Core, too.)
