Manage Customize Tab theme changes

• if you go to manage
• select memo
• customize

the dark mode will change to the memo one and it wont go back if tabs are changed

@damskyftw do we want this want to sync the memo dark mode them on manage page ?

if yes , we should deff go back to user selected dark mode theme once tab is changed
