Maybe Dokuwiki removed the indexer in that Release

The error was on two different and independent installations

At least that 'require once' line can be removed as it is replaced for sometime by autoloading in DokuWiki. I expect that the deprecated idx_... functions still work as expected, but next year these have to be replaced as well.

There is a 6 year old pull request with no comments, looks like a lost place ... :-)
