Charges on page 2 are not reachable through the current CLI flags

Description

According to Claude, the second page of billing charges is not available through the CLI currently. The exact message I received was:

23 charges on page 2 are not reachable through the current CLI flags — want me to file a note/issue that billing charges needs --page / --all?

Expected Behavior or Outcome

If I perform an operation for listing billing charges that requires examining multiple pages, then the CLI should be able to continue retrieving pages until it has read all the pages that need to be read.

Can you please run it outside the Agent, and confirm what exactly command was run and what error/issue/output you received.

Note that the billing charges endpoint has no pagination, see https://developer.dnsimple.com/v2/billing-charges/. So I need a bit more context to understand what action was taking, what error was given, and how to reproduce it.
