Hi.
I am using Snip to export track data for my streaming setup.
It is a wonderfully lightweight tool, but I am running into an issue where the software seems to have trouble consistently writing or updating the snip.txt file in its directory, likely due to Windows permission levels or background conflicts.
Could you please advise on the following?
Is there a hidden config file or startup argument where I can manually force Snip to change its default output directory to a custom, unrestricted path (e.g., a dedicated folder on another drive)?
Are there any known issues with specific text encodings (like UTF-8) that might cause external scripts to fail when trying to read the file while Snip is running?
Thank you for your time and for maintaining this great tool!
