Hi,
Thank you for this amazing and lightweight POS system! I am currently setting it up for a local volunteer festival (food and drinks), and RustPOS runs perfectly on our Linux machine.
However, we have a specific workflow requirement:
In our setup, customers pay at a central cashier and then pick up their items at different stations (e.g., bar, grill). For this to work, we need the thermal printer to cut a separate ticket for every single item (e.g., if a customer orders 3 beers and 2 sausages, the printer should output 5 small separate tickets that get cut individually).
Currently, RustPOS prints one large receipt for the entire order.
Would it be possible to add a toggle or setting (maybe per category or globally) to print and cut single item tickets? This feature is absolute standard for local festivals here and would make RustPOS the perfect tool for this use case.
Thank you for your great work!
