The Registries project made some progress in working with institutions to pull together collection profiles. It would be good to make this more of an independent resource, for management and re-use. i.e. rather than having them buried in the Workbench repository, pull them out separately, or as part of the general DigiPres.org system and CMS, so we can use DecapCMS to manage them.
Also, for policies, look at e.g. https://github.com/frdr-dfdr/pres_res_fpr/ and develop a model where we can upload or point to simple CSV files that say what formats an institution has covered and what they intend to do with them. The format index already gathers this for NARA, but doesn't make it visible.
