Just a small overview of what has to be done before a proper release, feel free to open a issue or PR of one of the elements below (more info on contributing: DEVOLPMENT.md:

Documentation

The documentation is provided with mkdocs. Some items i was thinking about:

• Documentation about the code itself (docsstrings inside the functions will automatically be added to the docs)
• Example notebooks of the code and methods itself
• Some notebooks to explain the differences between the methods

Methods that still need to be implemented

Some explenation can be found here and some example data can be found here

• All different DMAX methods, Basic implementation is implemented
• LT ratio
• Modification for unfished final step
• loglog method for 1st treshold
• identifying largest bending point for 2nd treshold
• split baseline into method comparing against first measurment and method using lowest measurment
• renaming obla: now not really onset of lactate accumulation but a fixed point
• ... (feel free to add)

Heart rate estimation

New feature, at the moment there is no method to find the heart rate for a predicted threhold. Maybe something we want to look into.
