Security: request to report a vulnerability privately

Hi @develon2015,

Thank you for maintaining Youtube-dl-REST.

I'm a security researcher and I've identified a security vulnerability in the
project that I'd like to report to you privately and responsibly. I'm not
sharing any details here to avoid putting users at risk.

Could you please either:

1. Enable GitHub's "Private vulnerability reporting" for this repo
   (Settings -> Code security and analysis -> Private vulnerability
   reporting -> Enable), or
2. Share a security contact (email) where I can send the full report?

Once I have a private channel, I'll send a complete write-up including impact,
a proof of concept, and a suggested fix. Happy to coordinate on disclosure
timing.
