[Request] command to disable uploads

If it were possible to make a command that enables or disables the upload feature it would be very beneficial.

Is there any reason why just disabling the plugin wouldn't work for you?

I help manage several servers for highlander teams, and they don't want to upload scrim demos, only matches. I figured if there was a command that disables uploads, then it would be possible to write a different config that uses that cvar.

you can still write configs that enable/disable the plugin as required, or just disable automated demo recording altogether in whatever plugin you're using for that
