Whole Server Crash on Server Join

I've been working on setting up a server that uses Repose. 1.12, magma base. I don't seem to be able to join without crashing the server after today.

These are the logs, involving the first time the issue occurred, the second time, and the third- the third time physics had been turned back on, as they were off for preloading, which seemed to go perfectly fine, radius 1,000 chunks.

I have been able to fix the issue by setting myself sideways by 300 blocks, and then returning to the area, but I'd rather not have to do that often.
